You get all the motivation, support, and structure that comes from being part of Mr Smith’s Wellington IronTeam
But training toward Standard, Olympic, or Quarter distance triathlons means you don't have to do the same bigger hours

Train with the team

Train up to four times a week with the team (Tuesday trainer, Thursday run, Saturday bike/run, and Sunday open water swim), with sessions scaled to match your race distance and level

Learn and share

Along the way, you’ll join team video calls, access training resources, connect with others in our private Facebook group, and share the buzz of race weekends with your crew and the IronTeam community
