Year round regular coached sessions:

  • Tuesday: 6pm indoor trainer (video call from home)
  • Thursday: 5.30 or 6pm Wellington waterfront interval run
  • Saturday: 7.30am or 8am combinations of run and ride
  • Sunday: Open water swimming in summer
We do local events, some bigger adventures and training camps, and you make friends for life. 
Train with others to achieve more than on your own.



Use any training plan any time:

  • Tri: Standard distance, Half IM, Ironman, Aquabike 
  • Run: Half, Marathon, and Ultra
  • Specialist training blocks: preseason tri skills and bike FTP builder

Every plan includes: Specific daily workouts that can be done by heart rate, cycling power, running pace, or perceived effort

Training plans for all levels of training:

  • Essential: the basic training you need to succeed
  • Balanced: a good mix of volume and intensity
  • Intensive: time, experience, and resilience needed



Coach & team support

We run a private Facebook Group so everyone can stay connected:

  • Receive weekly coaching tips and advice from Gerrard
  • Ask for help from coach and experienced team members
  • Get to know others training for the same events as you
  • Access our library of resources (articles, videos, podcasts)
  • Book coach consultations (additional fee) for extra support



Training camps

You get to train and recover like a pro, while our support team takes care of the meals and logistics. All abilities are welcome, with training options to suit everyone.

  • Winter run camp: Jun for trail running & mountain adventures
  • Spring cycling camp: Oct Labour Weekend in Hawkes Bay for a big cycling boost, plus swimming and running too
  • Summer Ironman and 70.3 camp: Late Jan in Taupo for Ironman and 70.3 specific preparations

Which event(s) are you training for?

We're training for events all over New Zealand. Pick an event, join the team, and lets make it happen!

Our 2026-27 season Plan

Mar - Jul: Trail run adventures in the hills, Barefoot Xtrail Series and Wuu2k, plus cycling fun for the Manfeild 6h Challenge.

Aug - Sep: Preseason Tri training with an emphasis on strength work, and a mix of endurance training for all distances.

Oct - Dec: Spring build-up for the early season events. The team is training for the flats of IronMāori, the hills of Suffer, and everything in between. Both Quarter and Half distances.

Jan - Mar: Peak summer training for Ironman NZ and 70.3 NZ, as well local Barefoot Tri Series events.
