Half Ironman Training Plans Available Now

Half Ironman / 70.3

These training plans are designed for New Zealand's Half Ironman events:
IronMaori | Taupo 70.3 | Rotorua Half | Tauranga Half | Challenge Wanaka Half | Ironman 70.3 NZ | Auckland Half | Harbour to Hills Half

16 week "Complete" plan:
 4.5 - 11 hours per week, with a focus on skills and endurance

16 or 20 week "Challenge" plan:
5 - 12.5 hours training per week, with a balance of endurance and harder training

16 or 20 week "Perform" plan:
7.5 - 13h hours training per week, with more intensity for higher performance
