Half Ironman / 70.3 Training Plans

"Complete" training plan (Expected event time 7h+)

  • 16 week training plan
  • 4.5 - 11 hours per week
  • Skills and basic endurance to complete the distance

"Challenge" training plan (Goal event time 5h 30min - 6h 30min)

  • 16 and 20 week training plans
  • 5 - 12.5 hours per week
  • Endurance plus some harder training to challenge you more

"Perform" training plan (Goal event time 4h 45min - 5h 15min)

  • 16 and 20 week training plans
  • 7.5 - 13h per week training
  • Higher volume and intensity so you are ready to perform
